We (“Bespoke Automotive Consulting”) will make every possible effort to ensure that any vehicle supplied to you is to your specification, but the final inspection on delivery of the car in question will remain the full responsibility of You(“The Client”) and is covered within the contract with the supplying dealership and Yourself. We will always endeavour to assist wherever humanly possible but, the final acceptance of the vehicle supplied is conditional on your own undertaking of the vehicle and it’s specification/condition.

[(5) Terms of business

We (“Bespoke Automotive Consulting”) will charge an agreed fee with You (“The Client”) to resolve the task agreed. The fee will be based on a percentage of the purchase/sale price of the vehicle in question (subject to VAT) The payment for the agreed fee is required within fourteen days of the invoice date and late payment may be subject to a 2.0% gross interest charge per week. The agreement relating to the fee will also give authority (in certain cases) to debit a credit or debit card of payment if not made within the stated time schedule.

We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version or contact us.


(7) Entire agreement

These terms and conditions (together with our privacy policy – see elsewhere on the website for that) constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website/our business, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website/our business.


(8) Law and jurisdiction

This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
